NPG Co. and Fisher Communications, Inc. announce Shared Services Arrangement in the Idaho Falls-Pocatello Market
NPG of Idaho, Inc. and Fisher Communications, Inc. announced December 9 that they have entered into shared services and related agreements for Fisher’s KIDK-DT in Idaho Falls-Pocatello, Idaho.
Under the terms of the agreements, NPG will provide promotional, administrative and other operational support services from its KIFI-DT facility in Idaho Falls. In addition, NPG will provide advertising sales services under a joint sales agreement. The agreements are expected to provide operating synergies and expense savings to both stations.
David Bradley, President of NPG, commented at the announcement, “This arrangement compliments NPG’s core strength in local media operations and will allow both parties to enhance operations and services through greater economies of scale.”
Fisher Communications is a local media company with television, radio, Internet and mobile operations throughout the western United States.
