Medical Insurance
We have partnered with Blue Cross Blue Shield to offer excellent comprehensive medical insurance. Premiums are shared by the employee and employer.
Vision Insurance
This plan helps pay the cost of vision care for you and your eligible enrolled dependents. Premiums are 100% paid by the employee.
Health Savings Account (HSA)
This is a tax-free way for you to save for future medical expenses if you are eligible and enroll in the High Deductible Health Plan. NPG contributes $30 per month for an individual and $50 per month for a family to the HSA.
Wellness Program
Our Wellness programs offers free preventative health screenings for anyone on the plan and provides accessibility to nurses as a resource to improve and/or manage your health . If all steps are completed, there is a premium discount.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
The FSA is available to eligible participants in NPG’s health plans. This allows savings of pre-tax money for health and dependent care expenses.
Telehealth
Our telehealth service offers access to a variety of medical services including illness, mental health and dermatology via phone or Internet.
Dental Insurance
The Company offers access to dental insurance for you and your eligible enrolled dependents that include orthodontics for adults and children. Premiums are shared by the employee and employer.
Financial Security
401(k) Plan
NPG partners with you to save for retirement. The company will match a percentage of any money you put in each year. All contributions are immediately vested
Short-Term Disability
Eligible employees have the option to purchase short-term disability coverage. The STD benefit may extend up to 90 days for any non-work-related illness or injury. Premiums are 100% paid by the employee
Dream Check
This is an optional gift to all eligible employees. If the company has strong financial performance, a percentage of your annual salary will be added to your 401k. In previous years it has ranged from 3-6%
Long-Term Disability
Eligible employees have the option to purchase long-term disability coverage. The LTD benefit begins after 90 days following any non-work-related illness or injury. Premiums are 100% paid by the employee.
Employee Assistance Program
The EAP offers a variety of counseling services to support employees and their families. Many services are provided at no charge to you. Services include: Mental health counseling, legal or financial consulting and marital counseling.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
PTO can be used for vacation, illness or other personal time. PTO accrues each pay period, is prorated for part-time employees and increases with years of seniority. PTO and paid sick leave are available to employees working in certain states
Basic Life and AD&D
The company offers a basic life insurance benefit of 1X your earnings up to $500,000 and $ 2,000 for your spouse and/or eligible dependents. Employees can buy additional coverage at their expense.
Holiday
The Company offers 8 paid holidays annually – 6 observed federal holidays and 2 personal holidays that can be taken at any time during the year. Page 1 of 2
Insurance benefits begin the first of the month following 30 days of employment and are available to all eligible employees who work an average of 30 hours or more per week. Eligible employees may contribute to the 401(k) plan the first of the month following date of hire.
